What an incredible Pipo! We were referred to this company by a Samsung importer after the installer of our heat pump went bankrupt. There was a strange problem with the heat pump; as soon as it started to freeze, it stopped working. A Voets technician came, but the result was no solution. The problem only got worse. The next day, Pipo himself (not entirely sure he's the real owner) came, put everything back to how it was, and although the initial problem wasn't solved, at least the heat pump is working again (as long as it doesn't freeze). Pipo said the system was completely wrongly connected. We had no knowledge of the matter and asked him for a quote. We were quoted €12,000 to reconnect the existing system. This is €2,000 more than the purchase and installation of our less-than-a-year-old system. We told Pipo to leave with his quote, as this was considered fraud and taking advantage of the situation. We were referred to another installer by the importer. They adjusted two pipes and did some additional work for €900.00. The system works perfectly, and we're satisfied. Pipo has been stalking us for months now, sending us invoices for work that hasn't solved anything. Tip: don't do business with this Pipo.

We had a hybrid heat pump installed in the spring of 2023. The quote and installation were perfect. The skilled technicians did a great job. We were also interested in two air conditioning units. We requested quotes three times, but never received anything. So we bought air conditioning elsewhere. Now the hybrid heat pump needs maintenance. We requested a maintenance contract five times, which was supposed to be sent, but never received it. Last week we also scheduled a maintenance appointment for 8:00 AM (the first job of the day), but no one showed up. They've lost this customer.

Arrived for a malfunction. Pressed the reset button. The technician stayed for 50 minutes, drove 9 km. Billed 174 euros.

Unfortunately, my appointment went wrong, but when I called, they were here within fifteen minutes. This was probably due to the busy schedule they, and several other companies, are experiencing. My stove is properly connected with a Perilex plug. The technician was friendly and sociable. Excellent!
