On behalf of all the residents of our homeowners' association, a sincere thank you to these four fantastic guys, including the manager. During the two weeks they had to reline seven strands, everything went absolutely perfectly, with not a single complaint about dirt, dust, or anything like that. Everything was vacuumed spick and span after the work. The fact that a wrong line was unpacked on the last day is definitely worthy of a compliment, but thanks to the tireless efforts of the project manager, we were able to pick one up in Belgium and run another five central heating lines by Friday evening. VSR (management) was very proud of these people.

Yesterday, on behalf of Lekstedewonen in Vianen, they blew out the drain pipes. A truly fantastic job! The whole kitchen was covered in debris that came up from the sink drain. The whole kitchen was flooded with the contents of the sewer. It smelled like a retard. They tried to clean it up, but they couldn't get rid of the smell. And then they were gone, and you could use everything again. So, you ran the dishwasher. But now the dishwasher drain is clogged because of their work. You called 911. But then you heard nothing, and they left you with a clogged drain. A truly worthless operation. Even a q-star rating is too much. Fix whatever you're causing. But no, then you heard nothing.

A VSR employee showed up one morning, blasting music and wearing a hood. He parked his van next to my car, which I'm very careful with. By the afternoon, the van was gone, and my car had a dent from another door. There had been no other car parked next to it. I contacted VSR, and they said they'd take care of it. The employee then denied doing this and even said he put his finger around the door when he got out.
