Like other reviewers, I had a bad experience with this real estate agent in the Amersfoort region. When purchasing the property, several hidden defects were discovered that had not been reported and were explicitly denied in writing, even though VSO was aware of them. For example, there was water damage to the floor, which was subsequently not reported in the questionnaire, which the agent was aware of. Transparency and due diligence in this process were clearly lacking. Edit, in response to the following comment from VSO: 1) We received no compensation from the sellers; the mediation in this matter failed. 2) We were verbally abused over the phone by the VSO real estate agent (Mr. Stoeten) in response to this review. To all readers: this polite response from the office does not reflect actual practice. 3) Incorrect information was provided in the questionnaires and documentation, which VSO made a mistake in.
