I emailed with a complaint, but no response. I called twice to clarify, and then they said they'd call me back, but they never did. And the worst part is... I received an invoice for a service that wasn't performed at all, and the memo on the invoice literally says: "Ohb (service) not performed🤦‍♀️"

The technician arrived, sat in the boiler room for fifteen minutes, and then told me: "I don't do that, it's a life-threatening and illegal smoke exhaust." The bill was €180. Then I called another installation company for the service, which was subsequently carried out. Nothing life-threatening, and nothing illegal either. They're bunglers!

Last Thursday, August 1st, I called your company to request an appointment to address a malfunction in our Vailant geyser. Unfortunately, the operator didn't answer today (due to many staff members being on vacation). It won't be until tomorrow afternoon (August 2nd) (it's now Saturday morning, August 3rd, at 9:00 AM).
