Had my cv ketel checked by them last year, but yesterday it broke down. I called them to arrange inspection but the customer service lady was very rude over the phone and unhelpful. Apparently you need to have a subscription with them to get a service but that wasn't required in the past, they are "so busy" they won't even bother to try providing you the service.

If you can avoid working with this company I would. As mentioned by others terrible customer service. They give you a 4 hour window that they will arrive with no heads up when they’re on the way. I work from home and was leading a call when they rang the bell. I also did not have access to my phone because I was leading the call—although they do call from a blocked number. They don’t ring the bell a second time. I have never had any issues with other maintenance companies. All could have been avoided by calling or messaging ahead of when they’re arriving. I called them back and with no exaggeration got screamed at by the woman on the phone. And they charged 120 euros for this.

Riccardo and team are the best you can find when it comes to fixing and helping with pipes and warming systems. With me they have not just been very professional but also very human, which quality is never given for granted and rare to find. Price quite fair to be in the very center of Amsterdam. Highly recommended.

So it’s a lot of shady business out there and lots of overpriced “service” . That is opposite . Clear communication . First attempt to the service issue I had was solved immediately and even extra time and recommendations given . Friendly and excellent !
