In our search for a suitable real estate agent to sell our house, we found Volkerts Real Estate Agency. And we haven't regretted it for a moment, because Richard is a very clear and knowledgeable man. He's open to questions and always willing to assist you. In short, it was a very pleasant experience for us to work with him. Should we ever need to do this again, we've already found our real estate agent.

Although this real estate agent appears friendly and trustworthy, he's a liar and will cheat you right out of your skin. We bought a house where he was the selling agent. Be sure to read the preliminary purchase agreement carefully; what he says and what's later in the contract aren't necessarily the same. Later, he can't remember everything very well. It's a disgrace that this agent is affiliated with the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents).

It is impossible to describe Richard in one word. But if you are busy, short story: driven, honest, professional and social. All in all, an incredibly good real estate agent. Definitely worth doing business with. Long story: We are so happy that we chose Volkerts Makelaardij. When we met Richard 4 years ago at a viewing, we hoped that he would have THE house for us. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. So we said to each other that if we ever decide to sell, we will contact him. And we certainly do not regret it! Honest, knowledgeable, skilled, up to date with the market, substantiated and not some simple disinterested salesman. And this is only about the profession of real estate agent. Then there is the social aspect, such as involvement and incredibly good humor. Where, in our search for a new home, we have met real estate agents who show no interest at all, assume that the house will sell itself and even mention amounts during negotiations. Richard is completely different. This is the realtor who simply knows his trade. So all in all: are you looking for a good realtor? Stop here and invite this man. In our opinion, you can't regret it.
