Got the name from an acquaintance. They supposedly specialize in renovations. I had to approach my neighbor about renovating a section of my chimney through the roof, which was perfectly acceptable, but he refused the job because he refused to accept liability. Advice...find someone else. (?) Apparently, they're only available for easy renovations, and others have to bear the liability. Back to square one.
