Over the past two weeks, Iwan and his colleagues at the Flamingo in Nieuwegein have been working on four rear facades and sheds. Everything went smoothly, exactly as described on his website. Friendly and calm men who work hard, but also have time for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat. When they left, everything was neatly tidied up and swept. Even after everything was finished, they cleaned all the windows from top to bottom. Fantastic!! In short, I am very satisfied with Iwan's company and would definitely recommend them 👍. Beautiful result! So happy with it! The job was tendered (fixed price for the entire work). So it was a bit nerve-wracking, waiting to see what the results would be. Highly recommended for facade renovation. As a real estate specialist, I've seen many different parties come and go, but Iwan is exceptional. He provides personal contact and keeps you informed throughout the process, offers valuable (and accurate) improvement recommendations, and delivers exceptionally neat work. Cleaning was done daily.
