They came by to give me a quote for injecting, plastering, and painting walls. The quote was supposed to come after two weeks. After four weeks, I sent an email, but no response. Two days later, I left a voicemail, but no response. I called again the next day and spoke on the phone. That evening, I received an emailed quote for just the injection, as they didn't have time for anything else. I think they could have told me five weeks earlier.
