Of course, this comes with a price tag, but that's a choice you make, and they're very transparent about it. I dare say 100% that I would do it again in a heartbeat. Buying a house isn't easy; there's a lot involved, and for every question we had, we were able to find an answer almost 24/7 through a WhatsApp group that included several Vlieg Schagen employees. During a viewing, they consider things you wouldn't normally think of. Kitchen drawers, cabinets, and doors are opened with a very critical eye, while you're simply amazed by how beautiful the floor is. I highly recommend Vlieg Schagen for all your home purchases. Communication is very easy, and you're dealing with people who know what they're talking about. Is your regular real estate agent on vacation? Then you're immediately assigned a colleague who speaks exactly the same language. 5/5 stars for this company. I'm now the proud owner of a new home thanks to Vlieg Schagen.

We found Vlieg Makelaars through a new-build project they were selling. They assigned us real estate agent Tygo. Although that project didn't work out for us, we stayed with him because he provided us with honest and transparent advice from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable real estate agent. He was incredibly helpful in finding a home and selling my partner's apartment. Communication was always easy: Tygo is easily accessible and genuinely thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes above and beyond for you. As a couple, we sometimes have a slightly unusual, sarcastic sense of humor, but luckily that wasn't a problem with Tygo. Despite his serious and professional approach, he always finds room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and the viewings lighthearted and enjoyable. Communication within Vlieg Makelaars is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn't available, one of his colleagues responded almost immediately and addressed our query. If we ever sell or buy another house, we will definitely contact Vlieg Makelaars again.
