We had our window frames replaced at VKE. A positive experience from the very first contact. During installation, there was a small crack in the window, which was replaced within two weeks of completion. The installation team was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended, and I'm very happy with them.

We had been searching for a good partner for the installation of uPVC window frames and doors for quite some time. Just before we were close to reaching an agreement with a company outside of Apeldoorn, we found VKE's website. We were able to schedule an appointment with Dave from VKE fairly quickly. It was a pleasant conversation. Dave showed us all the options and also had extensive technical experience, as he, as a sales advisor, also helped with the window frame installation, particularly the front door. VKE works with a German supplier that produces beautiful doors. Not the typical standard uPVC doors you see from so many suppliers, but truly unique and beautiful doors. Dave listened to our wishes and then delivered a beautiful door (see photos) and suggested we visit the showroom. Once in the showroom, we quickly agreed. The tour of their own production facility also gave us real confidence that VKE was the right choice. Now about the installation of the window frames and doors. This was carried out over a week and a half. On day one, two young men arrived: Batuhan and Mitchel. I was off work for a week and a half, and I experienced them every day; two friendly, hard workers who did their work carefully and passionately. Everything was delivered perfectly. One window had a small scratch (we hadn't noticed), and the guys told me it needed to be reordered. It was later delivered and replaced promptly. The interior window frames were finished perfectly. The guys sealed everything neatly. All in all, I would absolutely recommend VKE! We rightfully give them 5 stars. The Takes family, Ugchelen.

After visiting the showroom to get new window frames for our house, we went home feeling confident. The quote arrived quickly, and it was clear and concise. We scheduled a measurement appointment. After the measurements were taken, we scheduled the window installation. We were able to set the date ourselves, even though it was still six months away. On April 15th, our grandparents, Arjan and Berrie, arrived to install the frames. Everything was professionally installed in three days. Everything fit perfectly. We are extremely satisfied with the VKE window frames.
