Excellent communication with Sander from start to finish. Expat friendly. Communication synergy with our mortgage advisor throughout the process. We had extremely specific search criteria and this was clearly taken into account. More expensive than other agents but served our requirements exceptionally well, so the extra cost was justified. We were in no immediate rush to buy therefore the agent wasn't "actively looking" for suitable properties on our behalf (we performed all the searching), though we are in no doubt that this service would be available if required. As soon as we found properties we wished to view, the agent took immediate action. Gave clear and knowledgable advice during viewings, and highlighted any red-flags. We never felt pressured into make offers on any property that wasn't 100% right for us. And when it was time to make an offer we felt incredibly confident in the advice given and that the agent was fully focused on securing the property on our behalf. With constant communications throughout the negotiations, we never felt left in the dark.
