I always said I'd go to the gym, no, that's not for me. Thinking, "What am I getting myself into?" I called and scheduled an appointment. I received a warm welcome and discussed my goals: getting fitter and losing weight. My preconceived notion about the gym was that they'd be prejudiced against me, but everyone is welcome at Vitality, and they look at what you want to achieve and provide you with the support you need. I never thought I'd find my place at a gym so easily. I prefer group classes. Personally, I appreciate that you're not tied to a fixed group class each week; you can sign up whenever it suits you. I've participated in various group classes with different trainers. In August of this year, I started with the 6-week challenge and then continued with the 180-day challenge. Initially, I was very strict with myself regarding my diet, but I realized that wasn't sustainable at all. The phrase "how wonderful it is that you keep achieving results even though you eat cake on a birthday or have fries once a week" has definitely stuck with me. Now 18 kilos lighter, body fat percentage down, muscle mass increasing, and incredibly happy with the trainers and other Vitality members. I never imagined this would be the result or that I would feel so comfortable. Thank you, and you'll keep seeing me in the new year.

Great atmosphere, no-nonsense, and very accessible! The guidance is personalized, and at Vitality Sports, they know exactly how to challenge you. I've made a lot of progress, but because the atmosphere is so open and positive, I especially enjoy it. That makes it easy to keep going. Highly recommended!

I'm not a gym person. But as you get older, you have to do more to stay fit. I decided to try Vitality. First, I had two months of post-natal therapy with Josko to get into a rhythm and receive personalized exercises. I enjoyed it; I achieved my goals, and after two months, I signed up for a membership. I have one group class per week and the rest is free exercise. I recommend Vitality to everyone, including team players. The instructors are great, and you're not judged on your appearance or your abilities.

A great gym. Despite the large number of members, I feel personally welcome. I had personal training with Josko. Josko focuses not only on your physical ability but also on your mental strength. I mainly do boxing fitness with Wilco. He's a trainer who not only focuses on technique but also on who you are as a person. Helga is the perfect finishing touch for me. All in all, a gym that not only offers sports but also has expertise.

John (82) and I (75) have been working out in the Master group class for a year now. (50+) Especially the personal attention from Josko and his trainers and the exercises focused on our mobility and muscle strength and what we can still do😉 is super nice. We feel comfortable and it's also a really fun experience. 💪
