I went to the office before Christmas to get some information, but they couldn't really give me any, and they didn't have time for us either. We were turned away when we asked if we could email them the dimensions and they'd send us a quote. This was in early December, and it's now March, and I still haven't heard back. But I don't need them anymore.

A two-week delivery time is simply not feasible. They're slow to return phone calls. I ordered four large mirrors, none of which were the correct size. A shower door is 1 cm too short, and they don't think they should offer any goodwill because they couldn't arrange anything due to the two-week winter break! But hey, the renovations continue.
