An excellent service from the very first day, even before making any contracts, to the last day. Our contact person/agent was so responsive, patient, and supportive. We found her always open to all our (sometimes silly) questions. It helped us to have a pleasant experience in the process of buying our first house in the Netherlands. I learned about Viisi from a friend of mine who was also buying an apartment and it was one of the best decisions that I have done during the buying process to work with them. From the start and even before I found an apartment, my advisor was very helpful in giving tips and even helping me as a first-time buyer identify what I need to do and what I should expect. Over the course of a few months I have called my advisor multiple times and she was very generous with the advice. After the bidding process, the call with them was also great and very reassuring. They covered every aspect of my financial situation and made sure that I can make good decisions. The advisor was so attentive to what I was saying and very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. They also provide a simple online portal to upload your documents which shows with dates when was a document reviewed that most of the time you don't need to reach out but just check the status which was great for people with busy schedules. The emails they sent also had a progress on where we are in the process which made things very simple. I would like to thank everyone at Viisi and wish them luck!
