Viisi was recommended by a friend of mine and he didn’t promise too much. Mike was our mortgage advisor and the service he provided throughout the entire process was absolutely top notch. Very fluent, quick and transparent communication, good planning and the final result was better than expected. My girlfriend and me highly recommend Viisi as a mortgage provider.

My partner and I secured a mortgage through Viisi, the whole process was excellent. Mike (our mortgage advisor) was clear, detailed and kept us up to date on every step, I don't think there is any more we could ask for. Being an expat, their service is second to none! I couldn’t ask for a better service than what Viisi provided. They stand out for their professionalism, their attention to detail and for their ability to make the mortgage application process the easiest thing in the world. My partner and I were assisted by Brent. He guided us through the whole process in the clearest and quickest way possible, he was always ready to answer our questions and give us advice when needed and, last but not least, he arranged our mortgage in the blink of an eye. Brent and Viisi provided everything I expected and more. Absolutely recommended!

We are really happy that we chose Viisi as our Hypotheek advisor! In general, I would recommend using an advisor when it comes to buying a new house or getting a mortgage. But Viisi really made it easy for us. They handled our case professionally and guided throughout the entire process. We mainly spoke with one advisor (Lotte) who is very friendly and knowledgable. She even went the extra mile when a some issues with our bank popped up. Hands down the best decision we've made!

I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Viisi as your mortgage adviser. My partner and I bought our first home in Amsterdam and we had the pleasure of working with Mike. The experience has been excellent - from the first introduction conversation all the way through the confirmation that our mortgage request has been accepted by the bank. Viisi was recommended to us by a close friend for their speedy and knowledgeable service and that came across in our interactions as well. Mike made himself available whenever we needed his support, whether it was for a question related to how mortgages work or an advice on how to manage particular situations. He was extremely responsive, highly prepared, and tailored his advice to our specific circumstances. At the point of choosing which provider to proceed with, he was able to clearly point out differences between multiple alternatives and guided us through the pros and cons of the top options. Moreover, we received clear instructions about what documentation is needed, why, and in what form - which led to us being able to meet the bank's requirements without having to resubmit information. With his help we went from submitting the request to having the mortgage approved and signed-off in a week's time. Whether working with Mike or another adviser, I'm sure that with Viisi you'll be able to find and secure the right mortgage for you.
