Great experience! Professional team & Friendly to Expats. The information on their website is very helpful and up-to-date (glad that they have English versions that I can understand). I also appreciate that Viisi also helps with insurance and house evaluation. It is very convenient to schedule meeting with the advisor via their website. Lotte is super helpful and responsive during the entire process. She helped us find the suitable mortgage provider and explained everything clearly. When she was on holiday, her colleagues replied to my emails in time. Very much satisfied & Highly recommend.

I am extremely satisfied by the job done by Viisi and particularely Lotte in advising me for my mortgage. Spot on and transparent communication, high reliability and knowledge of the market... Lotte was really listening to my needs and answering all (a lot) my questions. Great customer experience despite my initial fear to deal with a too much marketing driven company at the expense of the content... This fear was quickly gone... I recommend.

My adviser, Jochem, was very helpful and responsive in addressing all my questions during the process. Overall, the advice service provided by Viisi is very well organized and efficient, with clear instructions on which documents are needed and where they can be obtained. The process starts with one on one introduction meeting with an adviser. After the interview you receive an email with a link to your Viisi account. There are many short articles on their website on the application process and links to government websites to download all necessary documents regarding the salary history, etc. Also, there is a list of documents that have to be uploaded, and a link to upload copies of documents necessary for the mortgage application. Finally, when the application is ready to be filed with the lender, all the documents are already available, which prevents delays or any last minute surprises. This is very helpful for those who are not very organised or not familiar with the Dutch system. Most communication happens via email/phone and is in English -including the website, which saves a lot of time on translating. Finally, compared to other mortgage advisers, the price of the Viisi advice was 2000E, which was 500-1000E lower than was quoted to me by other providers.
