In September 2022, someone from Vigar visited the site for the purchase of a new central heating boiler and a potential hot water tank. After contacting them several times, a quotation unfortunately failed to materialize. In December 2022, we finally received a quotation and agreed to a new central heating boiler with installation. As of December 2023, the new boiler is still not installed, there has been no contact whatsoever, and we are forced to look for another company and start all over again. After years of being a good customer, we have completely lost faith in this company. Unfortunately, we have not even received a single appropriate apology for the lack of any form of service, and therefore, we do not recommend this company at this moment.

We are very satisfied with Vigar! Our 16-year-old boiler was due for replacement. First, company manager Henk visited us and gave us extensive and honest advice about the options and costs. Once we'd made our decision, an appointment was quickly scheduled for the installation of the new boiler. Unfortunately, we had a gas leak, which meant the gas had to be shut off and a new gas line installed. This was incredibly frustrating, of course, and we were very worried. Henk then did everything he could to arrange for them to come the very next day to install the new gas line. A day later, everything was taken care of, and we can now heat, cook, and take a hot shower with peace of mind. And to make matters worse, Henk personally delivered a bouquet of flowers. All in all, we are extremely positive. Vigar is a company that goes the extra mile when necessary and is also transparent and honest. Top-notch service!
