The service was very unprofessional. No clarity on the house availability from the employee who handled the viewing of a house for sale. Availability of house was told to range from 3 months to an year!! When asked by when the owner can decide, Vida employees said minimum a month. In that case why the house is for sale. Nevertheless, I wanted to make a bid but in 2 days time I was told the house is sold already. Very shady and confusing.

Our experience with Vida Makelaars was utterly disappointing. One star is actually too much for this disgusting real estate agent! Even at the first viewing, we were treated unfriendly. The agent made no effort to actually sell the house and seemed completely uninterested in us as potential buyers. This was an extremely unpleasant start. Nevertheless, this was the house we were looking for, so we decided to make an offer. Initially, we were promised the house, and we were happy with it. To our surprise, however, a week later (on the day the building inspection was scheduled to take place) we were told that our offer was insufficient and that we had to resubmit, even though the house had already been sold to us. As someone in the business world, I've never experienced anything so unprofessional. Moreover, the agent was completely unsympathetic. The only thing this unprofessional woman could say was, "This is okay, nothing has been signed yet." She showed no understanding whatsoever of the fact that this was morally reprehensible and completely unprofessional. We ultimately bought the house, at a much higher price, because we really wanted it. (Fortunately, our buyer's agent saved us from an offer that would have been even 15,000 higher.) Finally, communication with Vida upon completion was once again downright unpleasant. We were once again confronted with an unfriendly and grumpy attitude from this woman. We truly understand that making deals can sometimes be difficult, and that an agent has to sell a house for a third party and wants to get the best price (which hasn't happened yet), but some empathy and friendliness is the least you can expect from an agent, in my opinion. We strongly advise everyone against doing business with this agent. (I'm glad that this has already been successful twice with the sale of my neighbors' house.)

Our experience selling our house with Vida was very positive. We were kept well-informed and quickly, and they are very customer-focused. We should know this, as we also had a different experience with another real estate agent when buying our new home. They were also able to give us excellent advice. Ultimately, our unusual house sold within three weeks! We're living wonderfully now. Thanks, Vida!
