Moving can be quite a stressful time. Bob Kuijper of VHM Makelaars Amsterdam was very helpful during this period in selling my apartment very successfully. Bob exudes a down-to-earth, calm, and confident demeanor. And he lives up to it. He was quickly available when a previous candidate fell through. And, very importantly, he remained enthusiastic and eager to get started right away. The photographer was quickly arranged and was excellent. I wanted to help write a compelling sales text for Funda and determine which photos would be included. Bob was happy to cooperate. This resulted in a strong advertisement that perfectly met my expectations. Bob also demonstrated vision and flexibility regarding the viewing dates. All in all, not only I, but also the buyer, have a very good feeling about the transaction. Highly recommended.

Worst experience with a real estate agent ever. After buying and selling multiple houses, this agent ranks way above the rest when it comes to poor service, poor communication, being unreachable, etc. He was supposed to send documents, but he didn't. The bidding closing date was moved by a few days, which he hadn't informed us of. At one point, he stopped answering the phone. My buying agent also couldn't reach him for several weeks. I made two offers but never received a response. When he finally answered again after a few weeks, he acted as if he thought it was strange that we hadn't heard anything; after hanging up, I never heard from him or answered the phone again. I got a bad and shady feeling about this man, and he is not registered as an official NVM real estate agent. My advice is not to sell your house through him, because it will be on the market for weeks, if not months, without any negotiations taking place.

I found selling my house quite a stressful process. However, Bob from VHM Makelaars guided me through the process in such a way that everything went very smoothly and relaxed. I could turn to him with all my questions, and he kept me informed of every step being taken. He also gave me good advice.
