I contacted VHA real estate agents to sell my house and quickly got an appointment with Sandra van Heteren. She assessed the house, and on September 3rd, it was listed on Funda with excellent descriptions and beautiful photos. Many viewings and offers were received. By September 19th, the house was already sold!!! So fast!!! Fantastic! VHA real estate agents are knowledgeable, provide excellent guidance, are helpful, and friendly, both on the phone and in the office. Sandra provided us with excellent and helpful guidance. She accompanied us to every viewing, as much as was technically possible. We learned a great deal from her and benefited greatly from her expertise. Furthermore, the viewings were always a pleasant experience, which was certainly important.
