After we discovered it had a five-year warranty, they immediately contacted the manufacturer to have the correct products sent to my home. I installed the new one myself, and now I have a nice warm bathroom and bath towel again. Absolutely fantastic!

Nice service stunt from Verwijst! The internals of the new shower faucet had been the source of a leak for some time. Verwijst's service department was helpful in submitting the complaint to Hans Grohe, documenting it. Hans Grohe's response was: "No, no warranty because it's not transferable!" (We sold the house with a leaking faucet and were still planning to fix it.) Verwijst also found something wrong with this and ordered the necessary parts at their expense. 😃 Hats off, really good service if you take the care that the supplier apparently doesn't care about. Well done Selina! 👌
