Then, we quickly scheduled an appointment for home measurements. Delivery, two weeks in, was also a pleasant surprise. And the installation was expertly carried out by two very friendly employees. We contacted this company to see if they could repair our awning. They could, but we had to send them some photos so they could determine what kind of awning it was. Two days later, we had to call again to see if the photos were correct and if it could be repaired. The friendly person told us he would order parts and schedule us for an appointment as soon as they arrived. A few weeks later, I called again to ask if the parts had arrived yet. They told me they had extended their turnaround times due to the high volume of work and that they would contact us when we were scheduled. After contacting them several times, only to be told each time that we were scheduled, it's now been nine months and our awning still hasn't been repaired. I find this extremely poor service because the company doesn't contact you at all, and you constantly have to call or email them yourself.
