The plumber came to inspect the bathroom, found the issue but never came back to fix it. I called the company several times over three months to ask if they would send a plumber to fix the issue, but, although the receptionist promised every time to call back, I never heard from them. For unknown reasons the company doesn't want to provide a service to me. Very disappointed

What awful people! They scheduled appointments twice and didn't keep them. Both times, the plumber gave the same excuse: no one was in the house. A real shame! I had to take time off work twice for this reason, but he didn't keep the appointments. The operator is even worse, acting like the plumber is the angel. One is too many, even for the company.

I've known Vermeulen for their renovations for the housing association, and they've always been excellent. When I had some bathroom problems, I didn't hesitate to call Vermeulen right away. They were very helpful over the phone and were able to schedule an appointment right away. The installer arrived perfectly within the agreed-upon time. The work was done perfectly, and there wasn't even a speck of dust on the floor afterward.

Plumbing company Vermeulen: if having to call 3 times, waiting 3 weeks for a quote, and then being called off at 8:30 when the appointment is finally made for Wednesday morning, November 4th at 08:00, then this company is definitely recommended. So, they regularly fail to keep appointments, and when you contact them and point this out, they are not exactly customer-friendly. In short: If you are in the mood for hassle and constantly being sent from pillar to post, definitely give them a call!
