Drifter Ruud personally believes he's entitled to take matters into his own hands if he thinks you're riding too close behind him on a scooter. He not only waves his hands wildly, tries to make some steering corrections for his student, then signals with the car's hazard lights, almost to top it all off, slams on the brakes a few times, and finally, uses the windshield washer to force you into "his" distance. If you want to know where these "take-charge" games come from, he becomes aggressive and starts raging menacingly in front of you, because Ruud's will is apparently enshrined in the Road Traffic Act. I used to drive with Mr. Voogt years ago, in 1996/1997. He was a great company, but I'd never written anything about this driving school. Mr. Voogt was very patient. When Mr. Voogt explained something back then, even if he did it ten times, his attitude remained fine. He did become a bit stricter, haha. This driving school is student-focused; the driving instructor isn't on his phone. I've had my driver's license since 1999.
