I began my motorbike license at bruinsma where I was used to 4 hour lessons with an unpersonalised teaching approach and being sent to the exam even though I wasn't ready. The switch to TWIN changed everything. I experienced a personalized teaching approach tailored to my needs, a personnel who go the extra mile for you and best of all I passed and now ride a motorbike with confidence. Finally a school that teaches you how to be a motorbike rider and not just how to operate a bike. I would highly recommend TWIN and am very grateful to Raymond and Melanie for all their help along the way. Thank you for all the help and laughs along the way!

An appointment was scheduled months in advance over the phone, time and place was agreed. Turns out they sent me emails that ended up in my spam box, and because I didn’t answer, my appointment was canceled. Nobody even tried to reach out over the phone, so I wasted months waiting for this appointment while I could already study at another school. It is not their fault that the emails went to spam, but they could’ve tried reaching out using my phone number instead of just canceling the appointment without letting me know, therefore a bad review due to my wasted time and unpleasant experience with communication. They didn’t even try to make another appointment or apologize… They will try to be nice and maybe even apologize in the answer to this review, but they are not nice at all in person to person communication and did not try to offer the solution.

Considering the instructor's driving behavior, driving a red car with a license plate beginning with a Z, around 7:45 AM on June 17, 2024, on the A12 towards Papendorp, I'll give parents of prospective students a second thought before doing so... 😫 Negative attention is also warranted. This instructor was clearly in a hurry to get onto the highway. Overtaking on the right, failing to signal, and certainly not adhering to the 50 km/h posted speed limit at roadworks under the Galecopper Bridge (!).
