Great experience with this agency. Mr. Filip Nyka provided fast, clear and very detailed communication and was open to discuss any issues. He is also willing to help you understand and navigate through all the legal and contractual procedures, which is very helpful if you, as a foreigner/expat, don't have much experience in renting an apartment in the Netherlands. The agency offered some assistance as well in the process of choosing a utilities provider and engaging the utilities contract. All rent-related processes went in a smooth and streamlined way, and I have moved to a really nice apartment in a perfect location for me.

I struggled to find accommodation in Leiden, and 123Wonen was helpful with a transparent and speedy ability to respond. With their help, I found a lovely place just next to the downtown, and although I was still in Italy during the viewing, I didn't have any bad surprise when the studio was delivered. In conclusion, from my experience, the agency is very well-organized and friendly yet professional: I do recommend it, especially for expats.
