Very positive experience. I would like to spend few words for Pauline van Dijk and the relocation service. Pauline is truly wonderful. From the first contact she communicates professionalism and competence. She knows the house market very well and she was very effective in finding me accommodation after months I had been looking without any results. Communication with Pauline is very easy and quick both via mail and phone. She is also very good at understanding your profile and provide you with the housing solution that best suits you. She also accompanies you through all the different steps of the process. I will definitely recommend Pauline in the feature. Five stars are not enough for her!

123Wonen relocation services, especially Selma, found me exactly the house I needed and in a perfect location. The videocall for the house viewing and the video provided were very helpful, as well as all the support in setting up the utilities. This is a convenient service for people coming from abroad, considering the difficult house market in Groningen.

We were looking for an apartment from abroad and contacted 123 Wonen. Selma was our agent and was a pleasure to work with. She understood what we were looking for and was able to find a great place for us. She provided great advise and attended the viewings, recording them for us, and even helped with the check in when we couldn’t attend. Highly recommend 123 Wonen and Selma as an agent.

Highly recommend the services offered by 123Wonen Groningen and especially Selma. Her professionalism and knowledge to help us find accommodation for our kids was top class. She helped to organize and sort out everything from the apartment to the utilities as well as offer advice on all aspects of living in Groningen and navigate how things work in the Netherlands. She even continues to support and to answer our questions for things outside of the services she provides. A full extended service offered which has helped us a lot. Being parents living outside of the Netherlands we were quite overwhelmed wanting to ensure our kids are sorted and settled to focus on their studies and Selma helped to make this an easy process.
