Good, Efficient, and affordable Moving company. We hired them for moving in Nieuw Vennep. The team showed up right on time and started working right away. They moved without any complaints. Good communication and well planned loading and unloading. Definately recommended them.

Sevan and the team responded quickly and came up with a good offer. Communication at the start was consistent, arrived on time. While most aspects of the move went smoothly, I regret to inform anyone that reads this review that I encountered an issue upon inspecting a delivered item, specifically, my refrigerator and the Verhuis Profs team has since then disappeared from any communication. Fridge was delivered with scratches and dents on the side (see photos). I called the team and reported the damage over the phone. However, the response I received from was unexpected. They denied any responsibility for the damage, suggesting it occurred after the fridge was delivered because I called them 4-5 hrs later. This assertion puzzled me. Did me or my friend suddenly decide to take a hammer to the fridge after receiving it? The damages are all in a linear alignment and the marks are made from sharp edges. They were fresh marks and quite heavy. This suggests that the damages may have been caused by the belts used to secure the fridge or during transit. I want to emphasize that the fridge was in pristine condition before the move. It had been in my possession for only 20 months and had not sustained any prior damage or scratches. What concerns me even more is that The Verhuisprofs team seemed to place blame on my friend or that I had given it to her in this condition, which is simply untrue. Despite the fact that there was very good communication excellent throughout the process, the team never replied to any of my emails after all this occurred. I told them that my intention was not to cast doubt on the honesty of their team but rather to seek a resolution to the matter but again they never replied. I have attached photos of the damage. Before you decide: Check for insurance and try to get a fixed rate Many companies offer this. Make sure you have insurance a protection in case of a damage. My offer did not have insurance which completely skipped my mind. Google does not allow for further comments once I post this, and I expect the Company will once again deny any responsibility. I post this to help - provide a review for any other potential customers. Good luck to all.

Overall a very pleasant moving experience, flexible and comparatively well priced. Miloud & Mehdi (Magic) arrived at the appointed time and understood all that needed to move before diving straight in and even offered to include some items to fit in the available space. Didn’t use the dismantling or installing service, but move went well.

This guy is amazing! He moved us twice in two weeks and we couldn’t have been happier. He brought humour, professionalism and efficiency. We will definitely use him again when we move.
