I recently ordered window frames from Venstershop and was very satisfied with the entire process. Communication with Ronald was excellent from the first contact through to delivery: fast, clear, and friendly. Everything was delivered as agreed, neatly packaged, and of top quality. The window frames are exactly as ordered, both in terms of size and color. Transparent pricing and a professional approach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for uPVC or aluminum window frames with excellent service!

Don't do business with them! Poor quality, terrible service, and a big mouth! Upon delivery, there was a crack in the window frame. The seller complained a lot, claiming it wasn't his fault and that his carrier had broken it. This was none of my business; the seller was responsible for ensuring proper delivery. The door was very poorly packaged (tape on half the surfaces, dirt on the frame, only one loosely wrapped strap!). As compensation, he offered to repair the crack so it would be "almost invisible"; however, this was underhanded! I refused and told him to do a better job. He charged extra for the transport for *his* defective door! The seller lets you know one day in advance when the door will arrive (after arranging the carrier), and if you're not there, you have to pay transport costs again for changing the appointment. Transport costs €400 each time! And just when I thought it was finally delivered, he didn't include the door handle. And he only wanted to deliver it himself because he happened to be in the area. Ridiculous, worthless salesperson who doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Oh, and to give you an extra kicking, you get a filthy, rusty key... =================== In response to your answer: No, it's not taken out of context. I'm just stating the facts! If you knew your products could be damaged during transport, you should have insured yourself better with extra insurance or at least taken photos of your products before shipping. But ultimately, YOU are responsible for the delivery, and I don't need to bother you with a so-and-so story about who damaged it. It's really about how you resolve the issue. You didn't know how to handle it properly yourself and tried to sell me a broken window by repairing the damage so that it's "almost invisible." How would you feel if I gave you "almost all your money" and still expected a proper delivery? A rusty key, dirty parts, and a doorknob delivered a week later aren't exaggerations, they're simply FACTS!

I've been working with Venstershop for a number of deliveries. They're by far the best, delivering excellent quality and top-notch service. I'm kept well-informed and always have suitable solutions, even when it comes to window frames they didn't supply. I would definitely recommend them.

Venstershop installed uPVC window frames for us, and we're thrilled with them. Everything was installed extremely professionally, beautifully, and neatly finished. It's a feast for the eyes. The icing on the cake is the triple glazing, which provides even more living comfort!
