Yesterday, three technicians from Verduurzaming Nederland installed a Remeha Elga Ace all-in-one system to replace our central heating boiler. We had a meeting in May to discuss the best option for our home to switch to a hybrid system. The meeting went very well; we received clear and honest information (after I also attended the webinar in collaboration with the municipality of Venlo). They listened carefully to our needs and produced a clear and concise overview, which led us to approve the final quote. The installation exceeded our expectations. The technicians on-site worked well together and even deviated from the proposed plan for the pipework. This resulted in very few visible pipes outside, and the interior was also beautifully resolved. It's fantastic that this is possible and that they were so proactive in considering the residents' needs, even on-site. The three technicians maintained good contact with us throughout the day, and everything was left neat and tidy afterward. All in all, a very successful project, thanks to the entire team!
