In May 2023, we had our shower upgraded by Velunova. We opted for a beautiful black rain shower head and a thermostatic mixer from Novellini. Unfortunately, in July 2024, it turned out the mixer was starting to oxidize! After a visit from a sales representative, the tap was replaced under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. But what happened? In December 2025, the new tap ALSO started oxidizing! In the same way as the first tap! After sending several emails, it's now being dismissed as limescale... quite a feat considering a water softener has been installed since 2023. In short: the next tap still needs to be paid for! So, guess what? The Italian tap rusts as fast as an Italian sports car. My advice: spend your money elsewhere.

This week, I had a Geberit shower toilet installed by VeluNova. I'm extremely satisfied with how it works; it's a great addition to my personal hygiene routine. I'm also more than satisfied with how the installation and fitting went. The installer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he takes "service" very seriously.

Great toilet with great service. After a very friendly phone call, we made an appointment. This gentleman was also super friendly and knew what he was doing. We then ordered, and within a week we had a new toilet installed. The only downside to this product I can think of is the price, which the company can't do much about. I'm very grateful for the service, and the installation technician was also excellent. This man knew what he was doing. I asked a lot of questions, and he was able to answer them all. In a word, fantastic.

Velunova is a top-notch company with excellent service and short lines of communication. We highly recommend their shower toilet; in hindsight, we should have had it installed much sooner. The sales representative (Jeroen) was able to visit promptly and clearly explained all the types and what was required in our situation. Two weeks later, the toilet was installed by Patrick, a calm man who works very precisely and neatly and, above all, is a professional. The explanation was very clear. We highly recommend this company.
