Since Van 't Riet merged with Veldsink, the administration has been a complete mess. Since October 21, I've been calling them at least once a month to correct the errors. Even though I revoked the authorization, they kept debiting my account. Or I received a reminder that I hadn't been aware of beforehand. Or I received a letter with a payment request, even though everything had been paid three weeks earlier. Then I called them again, and they admitted it was incorrect. Then I received a new invoice with a completely different amount, three times lower than the previous one, and it involved a different policy. What's wrong? Or I received an invoice for the funeral insurance with a five-year term. Now I'm getting a reminder without an invoice or reminder. With extra costs. What a mess. Get out of there quickly! You can't count on that.
