Don't waste your time; I made contact with this company because I was interested in having a new sun/rain canopy system installed at one of my restaurant/bar locations. After an unplesant greeting from the receptionist, I reached someone named Jaap who asked me to send him an email and provide pictures and a description of exactly what I was looking for. I took multiple pictures and sent a detailed description(with measurements) to Jaap as requested 2 weeks ago and have not been able to get in contact with him since. I sent 2 follow up emails and left messages with his colleages. No one from from the company could even extend me the courtesy of responding or letting me know they weren't interested in the job. Needless to say I have now gone with another company.

We are thrilled with our new sun protection! We'd been searching for good sun protection for a while, but a standard solution wasn't suitable. We found Veldman Zonwering via Google. Contrary to some of the less positive reviews, we couldn't agree more. Of course, every situation is unique, but our experience with Veldman Zonwering was simply fantastic! Excellent personal service. The materials are top-quality, and what also stood out was the smooth, professional installation and neat finish by the installers. We highly recommend this family business!

Poor service. No understanding of personal circumstances if you don't report something within seven days and then politely ask again eighteen months later. Then you're left with your back to the wall and have to foot the bill yourself. Apparently, it's also normal to get waffles in your wrap, which is strange that it doesn't happen to the entire wrap. But they don't tell you that when you buy it. I'll never come here again and strongly advise everyone against buying anything from them. Bring on Veldman, your reaction! I know I should have reported it sooner, but your cold reaction is not what I expected.

We were greeted enthusiastically by a young man who asked excellent questions to fulfill our sun protection needs. The installation was carried out very professionally. We are very satisfied with Veldman Sun Protection! We definitely recommend this company.

NOTE: The company isn't interested.... Initially, I was able to get a good quote based on facade photos. They came by to measure, but they stood on furniture without asking, causing material damage. The quote might take a little longer due to busy periods. However, they never contacted me again. After a month, I repeatedly emailed and called, but received no response. Finally, I reached the surveyor in question (Jaap), and it turned out that the requested awning was technically impossible to install. This was strange, because this should have been known when the initial assessment was based on the photos. I then asked for alternatives, but received no response. I don't mind if a company isn't interested, but just say so. This saves me a five-week delivery delay. I'm hoping to get everything installed before summer through a company that's willing to take on the project. All in all, not a positive experience, and I can only advise you to look elsewhere if you're seriously considering installing an awning.
