Terrible company, doesn't keep its promises. Poor installation, completely crooked, work done without a level. Order the same, they'll measure everything, and they'll even do a great job of customizing. Very dissatisfied with this company and wouldn't recommend it. I won't be going back.

Very bad company... doesn't honor agreements, received no order confirmation, everything takes a long time and there is no communication. In short, it is a miracle that this company still exists! Ms. Jannie has the nerve to blame me, the customer, for everything after having to wait 7 weeks for 2 insect screens and a roller blind. On my own initiative, I called every week just to hear what the status was (verbally promised delivery time within 10 working days). After those 2 weeks, a staff member sustained an injury, which is unfortunate. Time and again, Ms. Jannie kept hiding behind the fact that if that gentleman isn't there, nothing can be done. Time and again I was told the same message and that I would just be called. Fine. But after 7 weeks, you’ve had enough of that... Ms. Jannie decided to label me as rude and, without any form of communication, decided not to deliver the insect screens to me anymore (Because I expressed my opinion that it was taking a very long time and made a statement after 7 weeks. I said that I wanted the screens on Wednesday, April 26, because I happened to be able to work from home that day). In short, a worthless business.

Excellent service. They laid a beautiful floor and finished it beautifully. The curtains I chose are also gorgeous. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result and the service.
