The initial contact was very positive. We decided to have the carport built by this company. The sales representative promised us a few things that, in practice, proved to be much more complex. Once the contract was signed, things turned out to be quite different than agreed. The carpenters on-site did a neat and good job and were friendly. Kudos! But our advice is: document all the agreements in writing, both in detail and before signing the contract. Beware of the manager's sweet talk. It was also unbelievable how the manager failed to honor his agreements and had his employees resolve the matter with the resulting dissatisfied customer. Unfriendly and uncooperative. These guys deserve better! Ultimately, we're satisfied with the product. But considering the price, the service and purchase support were subpar.

By listening carefully to each other and adversarial approach in the preliminary process, unnecessary miscommunication and costs are prevented. The company prepares most of the prefabricated components in the factory, and construction on site takes place quickly! We are thrilled and feel "on top of the world" with the outbuilding, constructed of native oak or summer oak and European larch, which includes parking, a craft room, and a garden room. A time of pure enjoyment has begun for us.
