Pointless company, with pointless services.

During the initial meeting at home, everything seemed excellent, and the service was supposed to be identical to that of my previous insurance agent, who had unfortunately retired before me. As a result, everything had been transferred to this company. However, when I contacted them this year while on vacation with a problem at home, they were difficult and unreachable. I had a major, acute leak at my house, and I contacted them to ask what I was entitled to and what I should/shouldn't do. I couldn't reach anyone when I called. After numerous phone calls and emails, I didn't get a call back until 7 p.m. They then told me that, according to them, the leak was caused by poor/lack of maintenance and that I wasn't entitled to anything. The remarkable thing was that the installer who was on-site hadn't been able to determine the cause. He had only determined that water was leaking into a water pipe at one point. After that, I haven't heard anything from this insurance company. So, I've now removed them from my insurance. Following the review, VDZ contacted me, acknowledged that they had made some mistakes, reviewed my file, spoke to me in detail, and provided me with honest advice during a good conversation.

I received friendly service and helpful advice. They explained everything clearly and were always looking for the cheapest insurance. I've been with VDZ for years and I'm very satisfied.
