We had three air conditioners installed by SK Climate Solutions. They installed them in the attic, landing, and ground floor. The advice, price, installation, delivery, and aftercare were all excellent. During the installation, they took the time to discuss where the ductwork should run. With air conditioners, this isn't completely hidden. The way we installed them was very professional and neat. The technicians were attentive to any hidden gas, water, and electrical conduits in the walls and cleaned up the mess afterward. SK did make a mistake when providing the quote. This is human nature, of course, and shouldn't be a problem as long as it's resolved properly. When one of the air conditioners was in use, the door underneath it couldn't be fully opened. In this situation, SL stood up for us and offered us several options to resolve the issue. This was all resolved efficiently, and there was nothing to complain about. I think the Mitsubishi MSZ-AY (Standard Line) is a great air conditioning unit because of its matte white casing. No cheap-looking glossy plastic, and no visible identification plate or break-out tabs or anything like that. Just a sleek cabinet. So, keep up the good work, SK! Perhaps we'll see you next time on a new sustainability project!
