Forewarned is forearmed!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM!! For the past few years, I've worked with someone who has made a real mess of things. This has cost me a ridiculous amount of money, and it's still costing me. There are people working there who claim to be accountants and aren't even real. I think this is even an economic crime. I contacted the owner of the firm about this, waited months for a response, and unfortunately, never heard anything back. It's truly scandalous what's happening here.

Don't do business with them! A very open conversation on the first day, and even after that, they can quickly help you set up a reliable account. After that, it quickly goes downhill. They can't submit annual figures based on your submitted bookings (invoices with exact details). I ended up paying €1,200 for one financial year, and what was submitted was completely inaccurate. I had a new accountant review it and received another €2,500 back. Because I disagreed with the way things were handled, I initially refused to pay. They then called in a debt collection agency. I told them I didn't want to pay for something that hadn't been delivered. Imagine going to the garage for your tire, and them eventually sending you a bill for a major service and oil change (which you didn't ask for, of course). Yet they force you to pay the bill. To top it all off, the collection agency will charge you another 360 euros because you have to explain to them why you do not agree with the claim (they will investigate this, at your expense afterwards) #Straetus Kampen debt collection & debt management
