Terrible service from these accountants. Completely unfocused and completely uncommunicative. I have to call and email them for everything. They're too reluctant to communicate when something's missing and just wait for you to call them, and even then, you're told, "I'm not your secretary" (as Bob says). They simply don't care. Don't do business with them!

He lured us into a dental exhibition and promised us a lot... He did nothing, and after two months we were gone. He didn't even know that dentists aren't VAT-obligated. PROPOSALS... He's blackmailing us into giving up our own papers, and we have to pay a ransom. We've informed the Royal Dutch Association of Dental Professionals (KNMT) and the disciplinary board for accountants. He's a grandfather trying to make his children rich, but with the wrong methods. The disciplinary board is also investigating. He also advertises in all the magazines, and every time we see it, we can't believe his audacity. I don't know about the rest, but as for dentists, he has no idea... we think. To be continued.
