I've worked twice with Nicolette at VanHuyse, who was recommended to us by a contact. From the first moment as our buying agent, her service was attentive and honest, spending time to understand our unique needs. She recommended options for different ways we could compromise (more space vs better location etc.) and came with ideas for properties that might work for us. She went (literally) on a journey with us while we visited several priorities and areas and helped us through demonstration to understand better what we needed. When we had problems with mortgage lenders, selling agents or needed more information, Nicolette was quick to help, offering solutions and resources. We successfully bought our new home via Nicolette, who kept us calm all the way from putting in an offer to signing and getting the keys. She works very quickly and communicates well.
