ONE DAY MORE WITHOUT NEWS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Very poor customer service. I've been sending emails for 10 days trying to get in touch because I can't return my purchase through their website form, and they haven't bothered to reply. They're quick to take your money but completely silent when it comes to customers. Very disappointed.

The product I bought was on back order. Thus, I had to wait for the delivery for about 3 weeks. When I asked about the order status, I received the answer accurately and fast. The product is good, but not powerful enough to warm up the space that I have. This was somewhat expected, but i still hoped for a bit better performance.

Product wasn't in stock when we ordered it, but within a few days they managed to get it back in stock and immediately send the item. Very quick and professional.

I'm completely dissatisfied. The size isn't as advertised, and you can't turn it on for more than 1 setting. I lost my money and my mood.
