We, too, have nothing but praise for the entire process at Van Westen Kitchens. The excellent and patient service in the store by Roderigh. They were completely focused on generating revenue, but on giving us their full attention. After many visits, we finally ordered the kitchen in October 2024, and after a lengthy renovation, it was delivered. Delivered on time by two courteous drivers who also carefully placed our items back in the house. Peter then came to install everything after consulting with us. Unfortunately, one cabinet didn't arrive, but that's all fine. The finishing wasn't perfect, but they think in terms of solutions instead of what to do now. And then there's Sendy and Patrick in the store, who give you a warm welcome and excellent advice over the phone, calling you back when requested. We are so happy with the end result that we're happy to share photos.

This is a fantastic company! I received excellent advice during the purchase and for a very good price. Thanks again, Roderigh. Peter then worked very professionally to install everything perfectly, this was four years ago. Six months ago, I discovered a leak in the flushing cabinet caused by a faulty Quooker. Van Westen quickly and expertly replaced the cabinet and installed a new Quooker. Six months after replacing the Quooker, the water pressure slowly started to drop. A call to Sendy, and a day later Peter was with me to solve the problem; a faulty non-return valve was the cause. When I asked how much this would cost, I was told "this was service." So great, and that's why I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic, personal service. They listen and employ true professionals. They don't offer discounts, but rather a good price right away. There was no need to haggle. We had the kitchen installed twelve years ago, and we're still satisfied. They help you with minor issues immediately, and they're always willing to think along with you.
