Very happy with the process of selling our house, together with Erwin from Van Wensen Real Estate! We knew him from the purchase a few years ago, which is how we ended up with him for the sale. Erwin is a very knowledgeable and friendly man, and he guided us well through the sale of our house. He was always easy to reach (by phone and WhatsApp), and his colleagues were also very friendly. TOP TEAM !!!! For the second time, we went with "van Wensen Makelaars" again... And not without reason...!! So committed, so proactive, so attentive, so knowledgeable. Pieter and Erwin always have a listening ear; without the ladies in the office, everything wouldn't run smoothly. No question is too crazy or too much for them either... And once again, our house was sold within 14 days... All thanks to ...... van Wensen Makelaars....

Today I received a call from the real estate agent (a woman). They refused to schedule a viewing for a house in Hooge Zwaluwe because they absolutely needed my address. Otherwise, they wouldn't schedule an appointment. I felt it was sensitive to share this information, as they already had my email address, name, and phone number, and I didn't see any added value in sharing it now (just for an introduction). Especially since dozens of other real estate agents have never asked me this before. I have my doubts about the agent and their professional conduct.
