For our new home, Van Wees assisted us in selecting all the windows, sliding doors, (front) doors, and dormer windows. After a showroom tour and an explanation from Bob van Wees, we opted for aluminum window frames with triple glazing and a sun-resistant finish. We are extremely satisfied with the installation and the overall finish.

Fine window frames and rear facade installed, but we are having problems with the door; called and emailed... and after a lot of effort, a technician came (August 29, 2024), and he needed a part for it, which was ordered. After calling and visiting, they said it was still being processed; we are 9 (!) months down the line (and will be using the door a lot again), but calling or coming to resolve it? Forget it. Then I also asked for a quote for a fly screen; that's when they smelled money, and it was there within a week. Very high price, so I didn't go ahead with it, but believe it or not, I was called within a week asking if I wanted to install it. Yes, then you think they just want to see the money, and after that, as a customer, you shouldn't complain. If you know how much money was involved, you should be ashamed to handle it this way!

Great experiences with this company. A beautiful Knipping facade placed neatly and according to agreement. A year later the door no longer opens properly. Reported it and a technician came immediately to solve it. Highly recommended.

We called them about aluminum window frames, and were told we could view them in the showroom. So, we assumed they had them. The appointment was confirmed by email. It's an hour's drive for us, and it took a bit longer because of traffic. Once we got there, Bob van Wees wasn't there. No idea why. We were allowed to take a look ourselves, as his sister was busy with another customer. However, there were no aluminum window frames available at all, even though we'd been explicitly told over the phone that they did have them. Update: We just received a call to apologize, and we'll be refunded our transportation costs. I think that's very kind, thanks!

I made a phone appointment for advice in the showroom. When I arrived at the showroom on the agreed-upon date and time, no one was there. I tried calling the 030 number several times, but no one answered. I also tried the 06 number several times, but they hung me down. After that, I went home and sent an email. After three days, I received a standard email saying they were busy and that I should call to schedule an appointment in the showroom. That's nice, but I'd already done that a few weeks ago. I replied that they apparently hadn't read my email properly, since I'd already made an appointment, but also indicated that I'd be looking for another company. If the first appointment and communication went this way, I don't want to know how the rest of the process goes.
