I called just after 7:00 AM (the fact that this was possible so early is amazing), and your response was simply, "We're here to help." Fantastic! And you more than delivered. Less than half an hour later, your heating engineer arrived and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Excellent. This professional was also very friendly, humorous, and cheerful. I can't imagine better service! So thank you so much for that.

Great company and fast service! I called in the morning to say the heater wasn't getting warm anymore, and a technician was already there 2 hours later. It turned out a valve was broken and needed to be replaced. The technician had the right part with him, and 10 minutes later the heater was working again. Highly recommended!

I called about a leak. They asked me to send an email because the plumber was on-site. It's been two weeks now. It's understandable that they're busy, but communication would have been helpful. If you need help quickly, this isn't the place to go.
