I met this office for the first time today. The owner herself came on stage. Aside from the fact that this woman prefers to hear herself talk rather than the client, she presented a valuation that, in my opinion, indicates an intention to sell the properties for a rock-bottom price. Just to quickly pocket the commission, right? This woman's behavior was scandalous and unprofessional.
