Martin and Maikel were our real estate agents for both buying and selling. Because the housing market was incredibly overheated, they had to assist us for over six months. The contact with everyone at WaDo is incredibly personal and wonderful. Maikel and Martin were there every time we went to view a house, or if we couldn't find one, they politely visited us in person to give us sound advice afterward. And Astrid, who, despite our busy schedules, always managed to schedule the best viewing appointments every time we found a great house. Ultimately, we managed to buy our dream house in Haarlem Noord and sell our own house successfully. All of this for very reasonable prices. So, instead of earning a percentage of the purchase price, they receive a fixed fee for the number of viewings. Even though it took us a long time and we viewed over 25 houses, the fee was fixed for 10 or more viewings. For the time and care they put into everything, it was a truly excellent price. We'll miss them!

Excellent assistance with the sale of our apartment. They guided us right up to the last minute, including signing the contract at the notary. Excellent communication.
