These are real bunglers. They install a toilet on an existing connection that's far too small. When you try to contact them because you're experiencing flooding, they don't respond. The only thing this company is good at is ignoring you. It's because I have to give at least one star to leave a review, but I'm giving it a big fat 0!!!

For your own good, choose someone else. It'll save you a lot of headaches if something goes wrong. The company doesn't honor agreements. When you try to discuss the next step or solution, you're completely ignored. It was a simple task, too!

Last week, this company installed a central heating boiler for me. I could go on and on about it, but I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process. Communication was also excellent.
