They are fraud. They would help you with some good designs to attract you. But once they start the work they would change so many things in the plan and ask you additional cost for it. I have not got clear explanation till date from them why they increased the cost. Moreover they would leave in inconvenience and delay unnecessary to pressurise you to agree what they are asking. I would never suggest this company to anyone in my life. Responding to your explanation. I have added pictures in which condition you guys have stranded me. Really pathetic. Upon several follow up, I was not getting any proper response. No transparency at all. You were not explaining why I needed an adapter for radiator which was not needed at all. Instead you could have installed electric radiator. Even after agreeing to new price, you never showed up to compete the project.

Horrible company, don't do business with them! At first glance, it seems like a good and competent company that would take care of everything. Unfortunately, after four months of work from the start date of the bathroom, things turn out differently. They hire freelancers to do the work (nothing wrong with that, of course), but this makes scheduling a real disaster. They sometimes don't show up for a day or don't arrive at 8:00 AM, but then suddenly they're there at 1:00 PM. If you make an appointment with the office for a day, they can't give you a time, and even then, it's difficult because the owner (Patrick) is on the bus himself, busy with installations, and can't answer the phone. Promises are made that aren't kept, and eventually, they turn the story around and blame the customer. At least, you think you're a customer of the company, but it doesn't feel that way at all. If you even try to disagree with them or offer your opinion, the owner (Patrick) completely disagrees, and it's impossible to have a conversation with them. The office staff themselves admit over the phone that it's driving them crazy, but they're (apparently) not in a position to discuss this internally. As a customer, you want to feel heard and taken seriously. We didn't notice that; they just want to make a quick buck and do everything their own way, the way they see fit. The bathroom was supposed to be finished in two weeks, but it ended up taking about five weeks. And now, they're still processing the process. So please think carefully before choosing this company. Some parts were also incorrectly installed; this was finally resolved after two months and 25 phone calls. There's sealant all over the tiles, and the finish wasn't neat.

Our bathroom is even more beautiful and better than expected and what we had hoped for. Perfect from A to Z. Thought along and real craftsmanship. More than satisfied. Really grateful for such a great collaboration. Van Son Vianen. Hats off. Also good. Affordable and fast and all agreements fulfilled. Good and professional team. A really top company and I can really recommend it to everyone.

We had our bathroom completely renovated by Van Son Installations and we're incredibly satisfied! From the initial meeting in the bathroom showroom in Utrecht to the final delivery, everything went very professionally. The 3D drawing gave a realistic representation of the design. Installation was quick and precise. Highly recommended!
